For a SeattleU student, Decibel is a great alternative if you don't want to live in an SU dorm. It's close to campus. Kyla was really helpful during my move-in. She is a very kind and nice employee, a respectful person who cares about the tenants. Jennifer is also kind and helpful during my move-out. She helped me a lot and found a solution to a problem! My move-out is smooth. The maintenance guys respond very quickly and are helpful to me.

I've only lived here for a couple months but so far I've loved it. The location is central, there are buses that go downtown within a few steps, it's right next to Seattle U so if you go to school there, this place will be one of the best. The amenities are great since you also have access to the amenities of the other building. Staff are very helpful and friendly, management hosts some events every once in a while too!
