To prepare your apartment before you move in, we conduct a thorough walk thru, then paint and cleaning (done by a professional cleaning company), ensure all appliances are in working order, and make any necessary repairs or replacements. We also check for safety features, like smoke detectors.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance available during regular business hours. They are here to address any maintenance issues within 24hrs. We also have an emergency maintenance number for after-hour emergencies.

If an item in your unit needs repair, simply submit a maintenance request through our online portal or contact the leasing office, and our maintenance team will be dispatched to assist you.

Maintenance issues are handled within 24-48 hrs. Routine requests are typically addressed within 48 hours, while emergencies are addressed immediately.

In most cases, you do not have to be present for a service technician to perform work. You can grant them access or schedule a convenient time for the repair.

If you're locked out during office hours, you can contact the leasing office for assistance. After hours, you may need to contact a locksmith at your own expense.

We generally allow residents to decorate their apartments, but please check our guidelines to ensure that you don't incur any penalties. We encourage personalization while maintaining the property's condition.

Our property offers a range of amenities, including, rooftop decks, parking, washer and dryer, full size stainless steel appliances, pet-friendly facilities, and more.

Yes, we offer parking for residents, and we can provide information on the options available, whether it's garage parking, or street parking.

Our community is pet-friendly, and we welcome your furry friends. There may be fees associated with having pets, so please inquire with our staff for details. 
Your pet will not be allowed on the premises if it belongs to or is mixed with any of the restricted breeds. Please see our Pet Policy on our Amenities pages.
